Hollywood laser facial
Carbon Spectra Laser
The laser platform behind the Carbon Spectra facial — a carbon layer is applied to the skin, then removed with laser passes. It is used at Skinfinity’s clinic in Bahria Town, Lahore within a plan agreed at consultation.
What is Carbon Spectra Laser?
Carbon Spectra is the laser platform used for the treatment widely known as the Hollywood laser facial. A fine carbon layer is applied to the skin before the laser passes over it.
At Skinfinity it is used for clients concerned with dullness, congestion and the appearance of uneven tone.
How it works
The carbon layer settles into surface debris and oil within the pores. Laser light is strongly absorbed by that carbon, so as the laser passes across the skin the carbon is lifted away together with the surface layer it has bound to.
The result is a deep cleanse with gentle exfoliation. Most people have no downtime, though the skin can look slightly flushed for a short period afterwards.
Safety and suitability
Suitability is assessed at consultation, including any active skin conditions, recent sun exposure and current skincare actives.
It is not a substitute for a treatment plan where the underlying concern is scarring or deeper pigmentation — those are discussed separately.
Frequently asked questions
- How soon can I wear makeup afterwards?
- Aftercare guidance is given at your appointment and depends on how your skin looks on the day. Most people return to their normal routine quickly.
- Is one session enough?
- A single session is often chosen before an event. Where the concern is ongoing congestion or uneven tone, a short course is usually more useful and is planned at consultation.
